The Value of Pride Picnic 2026
2025 tested the strength of our LGBTQ+ family, especially our trans community, as we weathered storms together. We continue to rise above. 2026 is a new year, full of hope. We lift joy like a lantern, letting love illuminate our path forward. We honor the full spectrum of our rainbow, our Allies, and especially those whose colors have too often been dimmed or overlooked. Let Your Light Shine!
The Pride Picnic is rooted in 54 years of resilience and unity. We create a space where every voice, steady or trembling, has room to rise. We gather to celebrate our power to rise above, holding our lanterns high - lighting the way toward a future where belonging glows, hope flourishes, and every person is free to live and love authentically.
Join us at the Roundhouse Shelter at Genesee Valley Park for a celebration of Pride-in survival, in community, and in joy! This will be a family-friendly event. We will feature music, entertainment, food, kids' festivities, artists, vendors, and more! Welcoming everyone from zygotes, to Zoomers, to zaddies!
